I am having a problem trying to crate a mail merge using
Word. I have Office XP Samll Business.
Having created the main document I then try and create a
new list of recipients ( following the Merge Wizard) and
get an error message 'operation cannot be completed
because of dialogue or database engine failures. Please
try again later'. I cannot find help from the FAQ's and
wonder if anyone can help please.
