WinWord.exe generated an error, closed by windows, an
entry will be put in the error.log

I keep getting this message, especially when i am working
with large documents, anyone no why, i have reinstalled
office, added all features and repaired it as well but
nothing works, and where would this error log be thanks

If you are using Adobe 5.0 there is an article in the
newsgroups for Adobe Adobe -> Support -> Newsgroups. Type
Winword.exe and you'll see a slu of articles speaking to
that subject. At any rate, what worked for me was to
delete the PDFMaker.dot in your C:\Program Files\Microsoft
Office\Office\Startup Directory. Good Luck
