One of the users in my office said they hit something
while typing in MS Word 2002. The problem is they don't
know what they hit but now the keyboard is messed up.
Whenever you hit say "SHIFT + W" you get a < or a "CTRL +
V" it changes text to bold. Now for the tough question,
how do I fix it?
