2. documents are appearing with symbols and squares. this happens even as
people are working on them.
i am working in an office supporting the computers and these two problems
seem to be happening on different machines all the time.
the virus software is up to date and i have scanned the machines with no
problems.
Just mentioning receiving an access violation in c00000005 isn't entirely
helpful to determine what is causing the crash.
It could be a number thinggs like an outdated display driver, printer driver
that needs updating.
I'd recommend having a read over the following articles to give you an idea
of what you need to examine.
1.What version of Word are you using and OS?
2. Under what circumstances do the users report it occuring.? Is it a
reproducible or not?
