Hello -
I am the IT Administrator for my company and I am having alot of problems with Word 2013. My company creates Curriculum and they use alot of different formatting, track changes, and equations in their documents. Documents could be as large as 5MB a piece (with graphics). However, as of late, when the user saves their document, he receives an error message that says 'A File Error Has Occurred'. I first went to Event Viewer to see if I could find any further information about this error but I could not. I also tried saving it to the desktop with another name and it wouldn't let me (it did let me about 10 minutes later). It is very inconsistent and do not understand why this happens. The user has had problems with Word 2013 crashing as well. I did a little research and read about equations and soft enters and how they need to be removed. There were no soft enters in the file and we still receive that error message.
At this point, I was wondering if I could send someone this file to see what is causing our problem here. I'm sure there are hidden tables, equations, etc... in it that is causing a bunch of problems but I am not that savvy in Word to know how to analyze and correct these issues.
Any help is appreciated!!
Thank you,
Chris
