Customer recently, (within last 6 months) upgraded their
Office 97 to Office 2000 Professional. Now all of a
sudden when he tries to open Word, he gets an
error "Invalid Page Fault" in application Winword.

Customer has Windows 98SE, 64MB Ram, Pentium II and over
50% of 4GB HDD free, and no other applications open when
error occurs.
Any suggestions..
