Whenever i'm typing my word document halfway, This error window will prompt and
causes all my typed documents closed and can't be saved.

An Application error has occured and an application error log is being generated.
Winword.exe
Exception: Access violation (0xc0000005), address : 0x091447CD

I'm currently using Office 2000 professional SR-1 together with Access 2.0 from
Office 4.0 . I've tried removing Words and reinstall back, but this doesn't
resolve the problem. How can i solve this problem?

First check to see if the AutoSave feature is causing this problem.
By default it is set at 10 Minutes. Click on Tools\Options\Save and uncheck
Save AutoRecovery Info. This probably won't solve your problem, but it
eliminates at least one thing that occurs while you are typing your document.
Also check for any active macros.

Thanx Shawn,

I've got a question here, how do you check for active macros? because after
following your steps, it does help... likewise you've mention in your previous
message, it won't solve the problem, so i was wondering if there's any software
utlities that i can use for macros checking, or any sites that i can get hold of
those macros checking software. thanks again...
