How to edit BOOT.INI will depend on the type of partition(s) you
installed. Worst case, you would have to do a "repair" re-install of W2K
to re-write the boot.
I have removed your very -unnecessary cross-posts & directed responses to
the WinnT "misc" group. Please do not cross-post ... especially to beta
groups! ... as it is completely unnecessary & wastes time&space, and only
gets those who might help you angry instead. Why you thought this
belonged in Access groups is beyond me!
