What else should be done after changing IP address of a domain controller ?
In DNS is new address, but i have difficulties with replication.

If this is NT4 you'll have to update the DNS SOA and/or A records for the
domain controller in question. If this server is the primary you'll have to
remove the secondary zones from secondary DNS servers and recreate the zone.
