It's an internal link to a location within the Health and Support subsystem
on your machine--it doesn't link anywhere.

It allows you offer renite assistance to another user on a lan if you have
administrative priveleges and know the computer name or IP address.

You put in the computer name or IP address and hit the connect button.

There are several KB articles about how to enable this process.

My recollection is that you must be in a domain for this to work, but I
don't see reference to that on the screen, so I may be wrong.

Good thing to do--I expect to do the same if I evern have two or more XP
machines in a domain, which I haven't managed so far.

I work with small non-profits by and large, and change comes slowly.
