I am trying to connect to my work computer from my Dell laptop after starting
VPN and then using Remote Desktop connection. I seem to connect, because I
see the gray bar with the pushpin at the top of the screen that displays my
computer name. But the logon doesn't display, so I can't see anything on my
desktop. All I see is a blue screen. Others can connect to it easily,
including my husband from his work computer using our home router. Any ideas
what could be wrong?
