There is a website im trying to access but I can only access it if im a US
resident, which I'm not... I'm a Canadian resident and so I'm looking for an
easy way to get it change back and forth. Please email me with a reply if
possible.

Doesnt allways help, since your IP address can reveal your location

its www.toonamijetstream.com
its not an offending site, quite contrary its a kids site, but its only made
viewable for US residents... if you try viewing a clip... normally instead of
showing the clip, it would say 'This site is only available for viewers in
the United States'.

I see what you mean; I didn't mean 'offending' as a derogatory term.
I guess the site checks your IP address, much the same as some sites will
not let you order an item if you are not a country resident, or at least
ordering from within that country eg I'm within the UK, I can log on to a US
software site to place an order and it will not be excepted it will redirect
me to the UK site where I'm charged twice as much - the same applies if
ordering certain items on a EU site
The web is worldwide but access is not
