I tried Ad-aware. Anti-keylogger (free trial) detects
keylogger still, and will not remove.

Run an updated virus scan.
Run Disk Cleanup checking all boxes except "Compress old files"
Run Defrag.
Check this link:

Run Ad-Aware (free version) to check for spyware:
http://www.lavasoft.de/
Enable or install a firewall:

Try spyware search and destroy (search for it) and it
will allow you to delete

Try PestPatrol, www.pestpatrol.com, the trial version will
detect it and I believe it can remove it, I may be wrong,
you might have to buy it ($40.00) to actually remove it.
Pestpatrol will definetly tell you what file is causing
the issue and you might be able to delete it manually if
the trial won't take it off.

I didn't use any anti-keylogger program to remove it. My anti-virus just detected and I removed it. My mom purchased one called Myjad Keylogger to monitor me. Damn!

Here I would like to share you a video of how to remove keylogger.
