I have azquired a canon CS3500 multifunction printer/fax
machine. Is this compatible with an HP pavilion 520W?

Go to http://www.microsoft.com/hcl/default.asp and check for yourself. Any
printer will work with a computer which has the proper connection. It is the
drivers which determine whether the printer will work with a particular
operating system. If the printer is new and in the carton, there should be a
list of system requirements on the side of the carton. You should check this
out because purchasing the product.
