Some of my end users are creating a shortcut of the network printer on their
desktop, so they can just drag and drop files on to the printer. A few days
ago that suddenly stopped working, for some of the users, not all of them.
Nothing happens not even an error message. I am desperatly trying to figure
out what happened.
The printer works fine printing from wihtin an application.
Any help would be appreciated.
