Lexmark X7170 with printer problems

a couple of weeks ago, my printer stopped printer, I can print using the usb
on my laptop, but it's doesn't work with my desktop, I have uninstalled and
re installed my printer using the my disk and the online drivers, nothing has
worked, since I can use it with my laptop, it has got to be something on my
desktop, in addition, I now have a error message when I sign on IM32FAX.DIL
not found. I am losing my mind. Can anyone help?
