Hello Tosh,

What email client are you using? What types of files are you trying to
attach and where do those files reside? Do you have any success attaching
another type of file, like TXT?

Thanks,

Hi there
i am using web based email with BT Yahoo Browser ( British
Telecommunications).
Sending photos from my pictures JPG but sending any file eg word same
problem- file appears on email but when click on 'Please attach files' error
message appears 'file not specified' - have spoken with Yahoo broadband
support but were unable to help and said it was a microsoft problem! same
happens if I set Oulook Express as email client. If I cut and paste file
address on email into the 'browse' option on the email it works but what a
hasstle. I can also compose email first then select files in browse but not
so quick, andwould also have to resize photos first with imageresizer.
My broadband service is not cheap and worked fine on my old pc so a bit
miffed.
Any help much appreciated.
Cheers

Not sure what else to try. Since this happens with any type of file, I
would suggest posting to an Outlook Express or email related group and let
an email expert offer suggestions.

Good luck!
