Each time that I run SyncToyCmd.exe (2.0) I get several lines at the
start of the output such as:

SyncToyCmd has detected that the folder pair My Documents has not been
synchronized yet. Please run SyncToy.exe to complete the initial
synchronization.
I've run SyncToy.exe 'till I'm blue in the face, and explicitly
syncronised all of the folder pairs named. What am I missing?
Everything else seems to go wonderfully, so I'm ignoring these messages
for the time being, but I can't help feeling that something is wrong.
