LogWatNT.exe application error

I get an error logging into a XP pro workstation. The
error pops up after the password is entered and it looks
like the computer settings are being applied when it pops
up. The error states that LogWatNT.exe has encountered a
problem and needed to close. I can't find anything in the
event log that helps me. To the best of my knowledge, no
hardware or software has been installed recently. Any
help would be appreciated.
