about synchronizing data and time

My computer can not update time from internet time
server, time.windows.com, automatically. Here is the
message appears.

"the time sample was rejected because: the peer's strutam
is less than the host's strutam.

would you please help me out.

make sure u have chosen the right year. i had the same problem but not
really the same error message.

Happens everytime there is a daylight saving time change. Change your sync
from time.windows.com to TOCK.USNO.NAVY.MIL and you won't have that problem.

Thanks, Sydney Australia just ceased daylight saving, I had the same
problem, this fixed it. But can you elaborate? For this to "happen every
time ..." it must cure itself sometime before the next DS change. How long
would that have taken? Does MS admit the problem? Is it on their time
server, or in their software on my machine? TIA.
