How to add ability to switch English key to Russian fonts

Hi!
Could you please help me someone: I use to have switch to
Russian font on my keyboard by pressing 'Alt+Shift' and
then I have typed in Russian letters( sometime I need)
Now, I've brought a new system with WindowsXP, and copied
my old Office from my old system with Windows98 to the
directory "old files" I was able to move my Office2000 but
how can I switch to Russian fonts?
