Windows Media Connect doesn't work well

After my WinXP update WMP9 to WMP10, then there's a "Windows Media
Connect" command in all the program.but every time i click "Windows
Media Connect", it doesn't work well. pops up a box with that unable to
boot files share, some services or group which must be depended on
cannot start up.any suggesions ? thanks in advance.
