Computer Browser service stops - Event ID 7023

I'm getting the following error in my Event Logs;

Description: The Computer Browser service terminated with the following
error: This operation returned because the timeout period expired.

I've found a KB article that precisely describes my troubles;

In that a _Hotfix_ is mentioned, but I'm unable to obtain it as my
WinXP Pro w/SP2 is an OEM version (I build my PC's) and MS does not
offer support.

That KB article references the following file;
Date Time Version Size File name

IOW, I guess I'm looking for that particular updated file. Anyone got a
copy I can obtain?

Mine is version 5.1.2600.2100 (from XP-SP2)
