Create VPN connection greyed out

when i try to create new connection to connect to network at my workplace in
network connection, i am unable to select either option of Dial Up Connection
not VPN. It appears in grey unable to select . I have XP Home Edition with
SP3 (am trying to connect to work and estalbish vpn connection)

You may need to modified the register. Also make sure you logon
