I've just downloaded Voc2Wav but when I unzip the file I get 2 application
files - VOC2WAV & WAV2VOC. If I doubleclick on either all I get is a MSDOS
dialog box appearing briefly and nothing else happens. I've tried downloading
the file from different sites and each time I get the same. Any ideas?
