error message when spell checking in outlook express

When spell checking my email before sending I get an error
message come up saying " an error occured when spelling
was being checked". How do I get round this. Can I
reinstall outlook express ?? If so how ?

A file, CSAPI3T1.DLL, may not be installed.

Expand it from the CD compressed file

D:\i386\expand D:\i386\csapi3t1.dl_ %systemdrive%\Program Files\Outlook Express\csapi3t1.dll
