Rather trhan give you just that information - I will tell you how to get the
updates, how to integrate them into your own CD, etc.. That way you are
better informed about your options when it comes to the Windows Updates.

You can download all updates and burn them to CD..
You can download each update manually - based off the KB Article number,
etc. That way you can back it up/burn a CD of them in case you need them or
use them to keep a slipstream/integrated (updated) Windows XP CD.

You can see the critical (security and other) patches released for a given
month using the following:
http://www.microsoft.com/technet/security/bulletin/ms##-***.mspx
At the end of this line you see "ms##-***.mspx" .. If you simply replace ##
with the two-digit year and the *** with the three character month
abbreviation, you will see the list of "critical" and "important" patches
for that month (since it only happens once a month usually, if you check by
the second Tuesday (wait until afternoon) of each month - you should be
fine) - note that future months will not work.

December 2004's patches..

None released.. so that one will fail...

When you access this website you will be asked to choose from a list
of Windows versions that can be a bit confusing.
For example there are 10 different listings for Windows XP (excluding
the 64 bit version)
Windows XP Family
Windows XP Home Edition RTM
Windows XP Home Edition SP1
Windows XP Home Edition SP2
Windows XP Professional RTM
Windows XP Professional SP1
Windows XP Professional SP2
Windows XP RTM
Windows XP SP1
Windows XP SP2
Most, but not necessarily all, of the updates that you need will be
listed under the last 3 entries. Choose the one that corresponds to
the service pack level of the installed XP - RTM means Released To
Manufacturing which is the original release version with no Service
Packs installed, SP1 means that Service Pack 1 has been installed, and
SP2 means that Service Pack 2 has been installed.

If you phone Microsoft they should be able to send you a CD with updates
for free.
But they only do that if there's no other option to get the downloads.

I would be shocked if Microsoft would send anyone all of the patches if they
didn't already have such a CD out there for free..
They currently do not - they might soon - but for now they only have the SP2
CDs.
