You need to be logged as Admin? are you the Admin on this machine?..
Try to delete it in Safe Mode and see if you will be able to delete it.
Take the ownership of it and hen delete:

Or you can download this tool and delete with it:

I would suggest running chkdsk on the partition or drive. This sounds
like a corrupted file table. Go to the command prompt and type 'chkdsk
x: /f /v' substituting x: for the drive you are experiencing problems
with. This may take time to run. After this has run try deleting again.
Failing that you could try typing the same command and adding the /r
switch in. This will take much longer but will check the drive for bad
sectors also.

sabz101's suggestion would actually work but I would suggest a format as
a last resort.

Also as a side note... Rashkavar, your post only highlights your pompous
superior attitude as you try to demonstrate your superior intellect over
that of an 11 year old child. I'm not really sure what you are trying to
prove but in your whole post you have not put forward one useful
suggestion on how to resolve this issue. So technically as sabz101's
post is a valid suggestion I would say you have been outdone by a child.
Congratulations!

... *for you* ...

Right?

Otherwise - quite the claim. ;-P

Wow - why in the world is this 37+ month old conversation coming back?
