oemsrc.zip and nfi.exe

Looks like I am running now into the same problem others did a while
back. I can't find anywhere and that also means www.archive.org/web nfi.exe
or oemsrc.zip. I downloaded some time ago. I backed up to a USB and not
everything was copied. I am not sure what happened.
I do remember though that it was backing up in the background. While I
was doing other things. Everything didn't copy. That really sucks. I've
noticed too, that it takes longer to copy TO a USB than to copy FROM one.
I'm learning the hard way. Did anyone ever find a copy of nfi.exe ?
