and needs to close" I receive this message every time i
log onto windows. How do i get rid of it and what is it?
I ran adware, spybot and norton and it still does it.
Also my system won't go into standby or hibernation?
What gives? My system 32 folder pops up every time i log
on also, don't know if the 3 are connected though? Help

RBA is Compaq-RBA [Rules Based Agent] and it's a context based advisor program by Compaq. If you don't plan to use this program, stop the application from Startup [using MSCONFIG] and disable it's service as well. Use the "Services.msc" applet, type in RUN box. You may also check the Control Panel for the Compaq Message Screener applet.
