Same thing has happened to me; none of the posts I have made since November

Weeks and weeks went by with no update, so I inquired again two weeks ago,
and the response was that they were still checking into it. This is something
they should be able to fix by the next day; obviously they have no intention
of repairing it or they would have long ago. Don't hold your breath' you're
in for a long wait.

There are some filters in newsgroups that kill certain messages, even when
they are completely harmless. It's happened to all of us. I do not think
that Microsoft are going to fix it, seeing they are moving from newsgroups
to browser-based community groups.

Setting up Outlook Express to access Microsoft newsgroups

<snip hijacked thread>
I still have the original problem.

If one or more of your posts never appear in your newsreader, use Google
Groups as a fall-back. If you find a post there, it made it to the master
newsserver but it may not have made it to the slave newsserver to which your
newsreader's connected at the time. (There is a master newsserver and many
slave newsservers. The "ongoing" problem concerns one or more of the slave
newsservers not synchronizing with the master newsserver.)
2. If you have an Outlook Express-specific question, begin *your own new
thread* in OE General, not WinXP General, newsgroup. Even if a previous
thread's subject looks like it pertains to your question or problem, never
"hijack" someone else's thread.
3. If you're referring to Outlook Express (OE), don't call it Outlook (OL)
in your posts. OE & OL are not the same application.
Note: I've found one (1) your "Problem with jpg attachments" posts (dated 01
Mar-10) in Google Groups. I will reply to it via Google Groups and we'll
see if my post shows up in our newsreaders.

The way to stop losing posts is to stop posting thru the crappy web
interface and use a real newsreader.
