Printing when using 2 user accounts

I'm using XP 2 and Outlook Express, my system set up with 2 users. When I
print E-mail's from one of the user account the print is very large. When I
print from the other user the print is normal. I can't find a way to fix
this problem. Please help.

Open Internet Explorer, View, Text Size
Use the same setting in both users.
