for some reason my automatic updates keeps disabling without me tellin it to
i have gone to service.msc and set it back to automatic but it keeps goin
back which as u can probly guess its really annoyin its also not allowin me
to download the updates that i need. does anybody know how to fix this.

Open IE. Tools/Windows Update. Click on the "Custom" button. Decide what
downloads you want. Turn off your Anti Virus auto scan. Download and install
them. Reboot.
