How can I get the problem corrected, or can I get an
assist in where I SHOULD inquire ?
My clock-display shows 5 hours SHORTER(less) than the
actual time, in my Time Zone. I HAVE set my
synchronization set to be OFF.
This seemingly only happens WHILE I am "on-line", and NOT
while I am "off-line". My ISP pushed me to inquire with
the MS Knowledge Base, and cannot find where to get
assistance, there.

Thanks in advance, for ANY assistance...it's quite
bothersome to see the wrong time in my e-mails(both
incoming AND outgoing).

Hi Steve,

For normal system time, this edit helps:

Go to Start/Run and type in: cmd
At the prompt, type in:

net stop w32time, enter.
Then w32tm /unregister, enter.
Then w32tm /register, enter.
Then net start w32time, enter.

For incoming and outgoing mail time, that has to do with your server's,
server...etc. So you may want to check back with your ISP. If you notice,
the time also differs from in body content.

As a test, have someone send you an e-mail with the time included in the
body of the text, then you will see what I mean.

Good luck!
