Win2000/XP will auto sync the date and time with my server. Can I disable
the sync on Win2000/XP machine? I had no problem on WinNT and Win9x machine
before.

Thanks in advance!

Go into your Services (you need an Administrator account to do this,
obviously) and find the service named "Windows Time". Stop/disable it.
Voila.
