Monaronadona

This extortion virus messed up my computer. I have WinXP, sp2. It
disabled my Task manager and I could not shut the computer down. It
hangs. I got a fix for the monaronadona and got it deleted and my
task manager was enabled after a reboot. But the only way I could
reboot was turn the power off. It still does not do the power down
routine. What can I do to get that working again?
