If the reason the XP upgrade report says Partition Magic 6.0 won't work in
XP is because of NTFS, wouldn't it work if I install XP and keep FAT32? Any
opinions? Thanks!

Yes. Partition Magic 6.0 will still work with XP's FAT32.

PartitionMagic 6.0 will work with a Windows XP installation on FAT32 from
another partition. I used it many months from my first Win98SE partition.
Only PM 7.0 can deal with changes Microsoft made in the access to NTFS 3.1
partitions.

Will Drive Image 4.0 also work if I keep FAT32?
