windows live messenger pop up

Hello and thanks in advance about my question because I know in this place i
will have a solution of my questions like usually , well everytime I open my
hotmail appeared or pop up download window of " WINDOWS LIVE MESSENGER"
....like when someone start to download or install a new program or software
in the pc ... but I alreday download windows live messenger and I alreday
have it ....why this is happen , please help .

Greetings,

When you go to Hotmail, it calls Messenger to determine the status of your Hotmail contacts.
Normally the most you should see is Messenger just starting in the notification area if
you're not already signed-in.

However, I believe what you're describing is the Windows Installer popping up attempting to
"repair" Messenger which can happen for a variety of reasons. The easiest and most painless
way to fix this is to simply uninstall Windows Live Messenger from the Control Panel and then
reinstall it. You won't lose any your Messenger settings or data (like emoticons/history/et
al) by doing this.

Hello I hope soemone help me out I did uninstalled the messenger and I
insatlled again ..now I open the messenger sign in and the messenger
dissapeared ...when I check in the repair area they show to i am not
currently connected to .NET messenger service also I cannot repair ....please
help .

I have been experiencing the same pop up problem and have reinstall live
messager, however it didn't fix the pop up problem.
It pops up almost everytime when i try to open an email (it will not let me
do anything to the email until it finish loading everytime -__-)and it has
been bothering me enormously. Please help!~
