BOOT PROBLEMS

I am using Windows XP.

The other day I tried booting up my computer. It went as far as the Windows
loading screen where the green indicator goes across the bar as it loads. It
would go about four times and then stop. I tried several times and had the
same result.

System restore cannot be accessed.

Can anyone tell me how to get my computer to boot up?

Did you try to boot to Safe Mode?
