I understand it's from my Nvidia graphics, however, I would like to disable
it from startup.
Anyone know if this is possible? If so, if it is, how can I go about doing
it?
I have tried through Spybot, but it keeps coming back to startup.
You can disable it via msconfig>startup if you want to.

Yes it can be disabled. Start | Run | Msconfig | Enter. On the startup
tab uncheck it.
