When I tried to register cdosys.dll with the command:

regsvr32 "c:\windows\system32\cdosys.dll"

I got the error message:
DllRegisterServer in "c:\windows\system32\cdosys.dll"
failed. Return code was: 0x800704da

Could anybody tell me what does this mean?

It means the dll is already registered.
