Can somebody help me plz
I have replied the other post for the issue. For your convenience, I have included the content.
------------------------------
The ARBOOT.exe file is not a Windows file. So, the issue may be caused by an incorrect command at startup. I suggest you use the Clean Boot
process to find out the incorrect command.

Then, delete the command in the Registry.
