Exception EInOutError in module ARBOOT.exe

I have windows XP on my pc and when i boot i get this
error:

Exception EInOutError in module ARBOOT.exe at 0001:3ad6
File access denied


Can somebody help me plz

Hi Kris,

I have replied the other post for the issue. For your convenience, I have included the content.

The ARBOOT.exe file is not a Windows file. So, the issue may be caused by an incorrect command at startup. I suggest you use the Clean Boot
process to find out the incorrect command.

Then, delete the command in the Registry.
