Stop: 0x0000008E on Blue Screen

Computer locked up after 10 minutes of internet usage and
caused the blue screen to appear with following stop
message:

Stop 0x0000008E (0xC0000005, 0x00000000,0x81B87580,
0x00000000)

Please help!

This one is almost always hardware - maybe a memory problem, but
sometimes drivers (one of the links relates to nVidia graphic drivers)
