My windows xp won't let me change from workgroup to domain. Network Id
wizard is disable and the domain selection is also disable. Whow I can
enable it.

You should talk to your network administrator. He will
know how to join a workstation to a domain. Note that
he can do this with WinXP Professional only, not with
WinXP Home.
