error 4609 and error 1000

i am not able to play any games on my pc, if i try the autorun, a message
comes up saying isA.tmp error.wen i go into event viewer, it says error codes
4609 and 1000, please can anyone help me?

also, what is ZLCLIENT?

Make sure the Windows XP firewall is enabled (In Control Panel), and
uninstall Zone Alarm - see if they work then, at least then an updated Zone
Alarm program may fix the issue.

Hi Y2Chris,

Let's try a couple of things to get that working for you:

1. Startup your system in SAFE MODE by pressing F8 repeatedly
while your system is booting up after you've shut down your system

2. Log in with an account you've created as a "Computer Administrator"
account that you'll use to play the game, but don't use a Limited account.

hi, i am currently the administrator.i think i know the problem but dont know
how to fix it.installshield does not run to install the games,is there anyway
i can fix install shield?

i tried to install window sp2, but it failed.maybe these files have gone
into my computer? but i cant find them, is there anyway of identifying only
the windows sp2 files and delete them safely

If you want to troubleshoot Installshield, use this checklist...

1. Update to the Latest InstallShield Installation Engines:
