Does anyone know hot to get this game to work in Windows XP? I
installed it and then immediately played it and it worked ok. Then
later I went back to play again and couldn't get it to work. I tried
the compatibility wizard but that didn't work. I was wondering if
there are any special setting it needs to be set to in the
compatibility wizard (256 colors, win98, win95, etc.) Does anybody
know anything?
And why is it that when I put the CD in, a menu screen pops up that
says Play, Install, Reinstall, Support, etc. and when I click "play"
something pops up saying, "cannot locate
c:\windows\startmenu\programs\simthemepark\simthemepark.lnk and then
goes back to the desktop. I realize that that folder doesn't exist in
XP but is that what could be causing the problem?

Thanks
Mike

There's a pretty large download "patch version 2.0" from Bullfrog available here;
http://www.avault.com/pcrl/patches_temp.asp?patch=simthemepark
I'm not sure what it does exactly, because I don't have the game. Do a search on the Internet for Sim Theme Park. There are plenty of sites with add-ons and updates.
