Language Kit, Help and Support Center displayed in unexpected language

I tried to build a image with Japanese Language Kit.

After the installation, my XPE looked working well in
Japanese.
But I found that Help and Support Center was displayed in
English, not in Japanese.

I would like my XPE to display Help and Support Center in
Japanese, too.
Why does not my XPE display Japanese in all situation?

Please help me to solve it.

That's a bug in the JPN MUI. This is slated for a fix in the next release.
