Hi all,
I'm facing a strange problem regarding bluetooth in a XP embedded SP2
system. I'm using MSI Star Key 2 Bluetooth Dongle which comes with a CD
including BlueSoleil driver which works fine with XPe. However I want to use
Microsoft's bluetooth stack and that's why I uninstall the BlueSoleil driver,
unplug the device, patch the device ID in bth.inf and plug the device again.
Everything seems to work as it supposed to be and the system finds the new
hardware (Bluetooth Device and Enumerator) and adds it in the Device Manager.
Unfortunatelly when I try to send a file to another bluetooth device I get an
error saying that the file transfer was not successful and a message like "An
address incompatible with the requested protocol was used.". By the way I
have tested this dongle on a Windows XP Pro SP2 system with the bluetooth
stack and it works perfectly.
I would be glad if you can suggest a solution.
