Embedded vs Visual studio 2005

Hi buddies,

I have all ready installed Windows Embedded standard and running on special
computer, but, I don't know Windows Embedded....
Can I develop an C# application using Visual studio 2005? and download it to
special PC ?

Yes, WES/XPe is XP Pro broken down into components. Desktop applications can
be developed in Visual Studio and run on a WES/XPe system

I have a couple questions....

¿What is Windows Embedded studio?, This tool let me configure a PC...only
this?,
¿Do I need it to download mi C# application?, ¿Do I Need any more?

Windows Embedded studio is the toolkit for building WES2009/XPE images.
Basically, custom build the OS. Here is some information on what the tools
are about: http://www.sjjmicro.com/Video_Basic_Build.html

You can copy over your application or create a component for the application
so it is built into the image.

If you are going to ship a product, you will need to buy the Full Release
tools from a distributor.
