How can I have the Microsoft Management Console (event viewer) but without
Internet Explorer?
When I choose not to include IE, I get an error from the Event Viewer at
run-time about the lack of IE, yet clearly IE is not displayed,and according
to the Task Manager, not executing in the background.

FYI: Our target runs on a secure private network where HTTP may not be
welcome ;-(
